Aastha brings over a decade of experience in research, consulting, and program management, with deep connections across the global start-up ecosystem. She has worked closely with high-tech start-ups, corporates, and investors across AI, IoT, blockchain, and analytics, helping launch accelerators, build innovation pipelines, and develop strategic partnerships.

Her research experience, including the EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship and Ph.D. work, spans policy frameworks, IoT adoption, and deep-tech evaluation for venture capital. Aastha has interviewed over 30 start-ups, investors, and corporate accelerators across multiple continents, combining insights from academia and industry.

As founder of Inflecta, Aastha leverages her entrepreneurial vision and industry expertise to help deep-tech start-ups scale their impact while enabling large organizations to bridge the gap with emerging technologies.
